  2. How on EARTH do you find time to add your runs on here???? I promise I've run, but I just can't find the time to document it other than my 'wall' in the kitchen, help!

      Go to the "Home" tab on the top, the the "Add Workout" tab on the far left. It should have a place to enter activity (I always stick with running, duh, Anne), and then it asks "where do you run?" Once you answer that, more windows open up to enter your time. Give that a try. Good luck!

    Most I've ran, even logged in my stopping points so I could get a realistic number. I'm not dissatisfied, I only walked twice!! Tweaked my nutrition and water on this run.
