#RWRunstreak started training for CDR today, and I'm going to use @Higdonmarathon half intermediate, add a week for 15. Also using McMillian Pace info and I'm working with long run 9:56-10:56. Pace overall was right on at 9:56, but I did have to work on control. Hill at miles 4 and 5 weren't easy, but didn't stop me either. Need to find route with hills that match the hills at CDR.

    Great job! Finding hills that match the CDR hills is a challenge. The wife and I are doing hill drills now, and later in the summer will run the actual hill portion of the course a few times.

    Sarah if any weekend you want to travel down to Teays I can take you on a pretty hilly route. It's around 13 miles so when you get back up around that let me know.
