Rocked the lunch workout solo! I'm sure people would have been impressed if there were anyone there. 3 rounds of the following:
-push ups max (12)
-standing long jump 10
-dumbbell swings 20 @ 20lb
-squats 40
-2 min jump rope (getting better, but not to second grade school girl level yet)
