      That's fine...I stop for 1minute. The biggest thing is to finish. ur doing great. I will be going to Wannamaker on Saturday.... Keep up the great work!

    Yep, I'm moving up after the next run. I think I always run the second ½ mile better than the first...is it because my body is warmed up?

      It always takes my breathing awhile to settle in, so my first half mile or so is also harder than the rest. I think it's your second wind kicking in. Once you hit the second wind you can go forever. If you give up before you get to it, then you just have a miserable run!
