90 minute warmup, Toad Lake Race 10k ran at marathon pace, cooldown to 26.2 then a few minutes speedwalking. Felt good a total of 3 minutes on this run: 1 minute when I drank a Bloody Mary postrace, 1 when I saw a ruffed grouse, not sure on the third minute.
