    Took it slow today after being at work for 11 hours yesterday. Did manage a negative split and a nice sprint of 6:24 min/mi. These legs can really move sometimes.

    Forgot to stop my Endomondo so my time is off. Haha. Nice hill workout today. Mile 1: 11:10. Mile 2: 11:44. Mile 3: 12:00. Managed a 7:00 min/mi sprinting across Himes. Lol

    Ran to MacFarlane Park & chicked two guys. Managed to hit 7.20 min/mi for about 10 seconds. Haha. Even got a negative split. Mile 1: 11:02. Mile 2: 10.57(!!!!!). Great run.
