    Legs felt good today to my surprise after running 11 miles yesterday. I think it is the new compression tights :)

    Actually had a good run on the treadmill. Someone was running next to me at the exact same pace. It made it seem less boring. Followed the run with one hour of weight training.

      I second that! I can't stand the treadmill.....but I'm going to have to get used to the treadmill b/c I hate the snow!!
