      -For the 10/1.....If you trained with, I would run with.
      -I would bring some gels, but very littel water since there will be several water stations.
      -For shoes, I will use the same one I used for my long runs

      Don't change what is working.... Walk and use your favorite shoes.. You will ROCK!!!!
