    all of the treadmills were taken at the gym, so I had to use the elliptical instead. It threw me off schedule for C25K, but it got the job done for calorie burn

    C25K Week 3 Day 2. I was kind of rushed at the gym today, so I just got in, did the C25K program, and got out. I did make it through the program with no problems though, which was great!

    30 minute session with personal trainer tonight. Focused on lower body. It was so nice out that we had the session outside, which was a nice change of pace!

    I was happy to get back to the gym tonight. I did week 3 day 1 of the C25K program, as well as some extra intervals at the end. It was tough, but it felt good.
