  2. Didn't do much running last week and the one I managed to do (which was long and awesome) I didn't have the time to update as I ran (symbolically) to the altar (again symbolically)!

    Didn't manage to run much at all during the week, but at least managed to to get a long one done during the weekend. Had sunshine and great company, couldn't ask for more!

    An easy one along the riverside with a friend from work. Worked 9am - 10pm yesterday (and the day before yesterday) so the wee break for a run at 6pm was most welcome.
