      I wouldn't give yourself hard time considering the temperatures on the back half of this. Sorry I bailed on doing this race but still did 19--but 2 hours earlier to avoid those warmer temperatures. Bravo!!

      Thanks Paul! It hurts. Took me till this morning, with my quads still sore, to realize that I essentially raced three 10Ks within 24 hours, at a little elevation, with significant gain/loss and with about three hours' sleep on a church pew.
