  1. RUN
alright Habitat Hammer Half Marathon ... 13.1 mi 02:00 09:08 pace

Half with a section of hilly streets is really hard when you're not prepared for them. Glad I raced in Val Gal's hometown though.

Nice one, Eddie! That's what I should've done... I needed something a little steeper.

Elkin? That's probably hillier than the 'boro.

Darrel, it is. Although it's a course with two loops and some out-and-back and is remarkably not hilly. There's one stretch you run twice, and it'll be tough. Other than that, not so bad ...

Hey, not sure if I will. I actually want to write a story about beer-and-running, so that was a perfect event to see. But I have a feeling the crowds will grow.

Yeah - I expect you're right. Especially this summer when the amateurs find out about it. Another reason I don't run the Bee Run.
