      Ed - we're going to be coming through Sioux Falls in about a month as we head back to Alaska. Depending on the time of day, it might be a good chance for us to get a bit of a run in with the dogs. Where are the bike trails you run on? That might be a nice break for us.

      Hate to say it but maybe you need to consider an MRI? But I hope you can get an answer soon. Take any anti-inflammatory meds? If so, do they help? Water running in the meantime is an excellent stand-in.
