      When I told your mother I was having cramps she told me to drink some vinegar and guaranteed it would help. And it did. Thor is a good dog.

      Nice miles! It must be pretty warm. It's gonna be 70 here today! We were so hot in our run when it was 60 out at WB.

      It was probably about 70 when we ran. Seemed warmer. Thor gets hot easy.

    Really slow but did a good 1 hour work out prior. Tabata dead lifts/back squats. Bunch of weight stuff and ab's. Worked pretty hard.
