      Not 100%, but better. It doesn't ache all the time now, but I can tell it's still not right. :( I may try a light run tomorrow.

    Didn't wait long enough after eating but had to go to chicken auction so time was an issue. You'd think I would run faster. Oh well.

    Warm up. Then pull ups/push ups/sit ups 5/10/15 10 rounds. Pull ups were mostly negative. Took 18:28 to get it done. Seemed hard this morning. Then on to dreadmill.
