      Good stuff!! I can't believe my dad consistently has more miles, steps and a higher step goal than I! I think my goal is around 7700. Haha!

      Wow!! And that's a lot of miles at a faster pace! Awesome!
      We took Cannon on our 4 miler yesterday and he's so sore that he's been whimpering. Not good. 😢

      I think I discovered the difference in pace. They have new treadmills at the gym and you can't hang on to anything and you have to run in a more natural running form. I think that is what has helped.

    Didn't start Garmin right off. 20 degrees, sunny but windy. Sometimes too warm and sometimes too cold. Footing went from 7" of snow to slush to ice to wet asphalt. Pretty out.

      Fitness goals? Going to try to get under 200lbs for one. Pipe dreaming a 50k. Had to start BP med in December as BP was staying up. On low dose and doing fine. Maybe if I lose a bunch of poundage I can back off(not likely). Thinking about the Black Mountain Monster. A timed event(6,12,24hr) 5k trail loop. It is in May and may be a way to get >26.2 without worrying about a cut off time. Just thoughts...

      Ohh! The Monster one sounds fun! That's like the Capitol Transcendence 12 hr they have here. One small loop over and over!
      I think you can reach all of those goals. Just keep training and eat clean and you'll be at the weight goal and no time!

      I don't know how to sync my Garmin with DM either. But I also only use my phone and not computer any more.
      I can't believe the weather there! We haven't gotten over 45 in a long time!

  19. I need 20 miles to get 600 miles for the year. Only 50 miles per month average. Pretty pitiful. I think I need to try for that 20 miles though.
