      I'm on pace to get in 20 miles or so for this month. Even when I have a chance to do it I don't want to.

    Run/walk with 4 children, 2 mini-horses a Yorkie and Doberman. Hot. Humid. Up and down.

    15 minutes of ab work. Tabata 1 round each: combat ropes/13#kb step ups/sledge hammer tire pound/tire flips. That felt good. Then on to dreadmill. Not liking running.

    Hiked with family. Then jogged 3 miles back towards trailhead with 13 year old grandson. He would make a good trail running buddy.
