      Nice miles! It must be pretty warm. It's gonna be 70 here today! We were so hot in our run when it was 60 out at WB.

    Really slow but did a good 1 hour work out prior. Tabata dead lifts/back squats. Bunch of weight stuff and ab's. Worked pretty hard.

    First mile was 14:30. Then pushed myself for the other 2. Had to hurry up as I needed to go to the Roley's. Wasn't too bad going hard for 25 minutes.

    Started slow and gradually increased pace. Actually hitting 10 min/mile pace at very end. Hotel treadmill. Legs were slightly swollen from sitting in class all day but swelling was gone by end of run.
