      Dang. So slow. Getting older and can really tell. Not speeding up. Harder and harder to get out and do stuff. Takes longer to recover. Sit for awhile and then can't hardly move. Get out of the car after a drive or get up after a movie and wonder when I'll actually move...

      Got to work on diet so I don't flail at Goruck. Need to find a good pack as well. Soon so I can start practicing with weight.

      Tremendous upper body work. Arms, shoulders and upper chest/back support muscles. Always have muscle soreness in those areas a few days after doing them.

      That's cool the WBRTR group does a trail run. Is it in Augusta?

      It is just across the river in South Carolina. Most of the group is from Ft Gordon or has had some association with Ft Gordon/army. I'm not going in am. We have to check out by 11 and I probably wouldn't get back in time to get cleaned up and out of here. Abram has a sinus infection and doesn't feel up to running.

  15. Sinus infection has kept me out for a few days. Recurrence or second infection in 3 weeks. Feel like doodoo. Resting up for next week.

      Fun! Thorbert is adorb. So glad he's a good running buddy.
      Overdressing is my problem too-- I hate getting started and being cold and then after I've warmed up in the first mile or so, I'm roasting! Grr!
