    So slow but still grinding away. Thor loves going to the lake. It was warm but not hot but you could tell Thor was affected. He wanted to stay in the water.

      Probably mid to upper 70's? Pretty humid. We had rain during the night and the sun was out so it felt pretty warm....warmer than the thermometer said.

    Nice afternoon for a jog. Busy place. Walkers, joggers, fishers and sightseers. Slow pace. Feeling fatter than ever and knee is complaining a lot.

    Knee is still an issue. Getting slowly and slightly better. Pace is atrocious but I'm moving. More than 1/2 of my miles for the month were this week.

    Ab's. Assorted other exercises. Then dreadmill. Hard to get motivated Knee is still aggravated. At least sinus stuff is getting better.

      Well, it is my very arthritic knee anyway. Probably stretched the fibrous capsule and likely took out more divits in the bone on bone joint. I wish it was cheap and easy to get scoped and just get a "clean out" of that joint.

      On way to river I was looking at one of the homes and stumbled over a root. Lunged forward to avoid the face plant and really wrenched my knee. It didn't seem too bad at first and wasn't bad until later. Now it is hard to walk on it. Bummer city. Supposed to play golf tomorrow. I will come limp or high water.
