      By the end of Friday my knee was feeling soooo much better. Still not gonna run this weekend but at least I'm walking without much limp and not hurting just sitting. It has been miserable and was really concerned I would have to do something drastic to get it better. I couldn't even fully extend it this week and now that is no issue at all. Light at the end of the tunnel. I wouldn't mind biking but road riding is so dangerous around here and I would surely kill myself mtn biking.

      Knee is better although I am still hobbling. Did stationary bike this am. Hoping it will just gradually get better. Did x-ray. Bad degenerative changes that aren't going to get better. Suspect this pain is sudden changes in meniscus/cartilage of knee that will gradually calm down. Expect it will act up now and then.

    Meant to run trail but too wet. Didn't use Garmin. Used mapmyrun. The cool thing was that she was telling me my mile splits thru my bluetooth earbuds. Not used to that.

    Debbie and I walked a trail along a little river in the woods. Nice scenic trail. Great to do it together. Took our time. Stopped and took pictures. About 5:45-6:25.
