    Ran with Ali, her hubby, grandchildren(boy 4, girl 9) on their Razor scooters and their 2 dogs went for a local jaunt. This was after a circuit work out in their garage. Fun. Hard enough.

    Took Thor. Beautiful, cool summer morning. A blue herron took of from a tree and hit a telephone wire but recovered and kept flying. I have never seen anything like that before.
