      No name that know of. Just makes me wonder about these guys. The gym owner is a good guy though. I am acquainted with some of the guys he hangs with. Seem decent.

    Drove to Asheville today so probably spent 2+ hours sitting and driving. Got up the gumption to go run with Thor. Needed to go to Ingles so that is why the Rec Park. Finished as it was getting dark.

      Although it is a change in scenery I do prefer the lake. The Rec park does have some short hills that I can do but wasn't feeling too much like doing that last night.
