    Didn't get to gym this am so decided to run when I got home. Took Thor. The heat seemed to tire him early.

    Did some warm up and then did pull ups/push ups/sit ups -5/10/15 10 rounds. Learned this at JBLM. Hard work. Then some dumb bell flies at 20# and some shoulder shrugs at 180#. On to dreadmill.

    Needed to do something. Took Thor for a slow jog around the lake later than I like to do. Did weigh 214 after running(minus a ton of sweat due to the humidity).

    2 person plastic kayak with Lael as a passenger. Hard work and stead for most of the 2 hours plus. Blisters on thumbs/fingers. Sore and tired since we had a pull up/push up work out last night.

    Hiked with Ali and family. Good long day of hiking. A lot of up and down. Beautiful place and fun group to be with.

      Stop being so negative. You're moving again and that's what counts. You've got muscle memory that's gonna kick back in quickly! Just eat clean and you'll be back to fit in no time!

    Ab's. Lunges. Rowing machine: 30 minutes, 5,550 meters, 290 calories. Done after ab's and before dreadmill. Good workout for fat guy.
