    Blah. Every step was work. Couldn't pick up the pace for the life of me. Legs of lead. Can't believe I've signed up for 30k in January. Something has got to change between now and then.

    Cold morning but sunny. Saw a Bald Eagle sitting in a tree. Quite beautiful and not a common site here. Meant to get started earlier and get a longer run in. Was hoping for 8-10.

    Got passed by a horse and buggy. Then ran past a loose bull that was on the shoulder of the road. Interesting. Otherwise normal run although got to say that I am feeling unmotivated.

      Yes. I'm not sure where this guy lives but he drives the buggy around here a good bit. Thor got excited about the horse and buggy but I was a little concerned about the bull
