    New treadmills with fancy stuff. Difficulty figuring out how to use them. Pretty solid machines though. Did Tabata workout pictured below after 3 mile jog.

      Thanks. My legs were so tired in the last 3 miles that it felt like my knees could give way in any direction particularly on the turns and uneven ground. It was really weird feeling. Spaghetti legs.
