      Mile 1 12:11.0 Getting started
      Mile 2 11:16.4 Pushing pace but noting legs seemed stressed
      Mile 3 12:54.0 OMG..why are legs killing me
      Mile 4 11:31.2 Realized need to engage "all" of my body not just lower legs..
      Mile 5 11:06.9 Actually feeling good about pace and no leg discomfort at all.
      Mile 6 Pace was good until had to climb hill to home so didn't include time. It is OK as it was a learning thing...
