      Left foot and knee pain are nagging at me. Think I need to rest them a bit. I have registered for the Tsali Frosty Foot 30k on 1/17 and want to be ready for it. Want to do less running on dread mill during week and get some long runs in on the weekend. Beth and her friend are coming up for Frosty Foot as well. Her friend will likely do the 50k.

      I have run 5-6 miles everyday for the last 12 days! I am addicted to logging miles as there is a guy I am trying to catch in the challenge. Aaagggghhhhh!!!!

    Windy, cold and snowy. Wearing my New Balance with the built on gaiters. They are pretty comfortable and worked well in the snow.

      They ran the Shut In Trail Race today. It is the one I DNF last year. I may have finished if I had worn these shoes and had something warmer. Chris Gkikas from DM ran it today in the snow. He is off DM now but on FB. It snowed 22" in Spring Creek today which is about 10 miles north of us on 209

    Knee still OK. Stiff after sitting or lying for any period of time but not hurting to do things.
