Sub 2:10:00 1/2, Run 5K sub 26:00. Sub 7 min mile at LSM. 70+ miles every month. 1300 miles in 2013
Front Royal, VA,
- Run a mile in under 6:00
- Run a 5K in under 23:00
- Run a 10K in under 48 minutes
- Run a 5K & 10K faster than my wife's PRs
- Invent perpetual motion
Run 1000 miles in 2012; Run 1000 miles in 2013 (not training for a marathon!)
sub 1:40:00 half. 5K time that starts in a 20, not a 21. We'll see what happens from there.
A more well-rounded exercise program this year. Last year was all running. This year cardio, running and strength training.
Next goal, first a marathon without walking, Baltimore here we come in Oct!!! sub 3:30 is the goal!!
To continue racing this winter. Ultimately, to run an ultra! :-) But for now, a decent time in my first half (Virginia Wine Country - June) would be nice...
