  2. I don't know what hurts worse, tweaking your lower back so you can't bend over even one inch or knowing that I did it in yoga class. I'm better now, but damn that was rough.

    I was handed down a HRM from a friend (POLAR) and I'm very happy with a different gauge to judge where my body is during the run. I felt much more efficient.
