Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, squats w/ 25 double unders between each set.

    I feel like it should count down from 12....otherwise, that would mentally defeat me! Nice work :)

    We used to count down from 12 until our trainer realized it was too easy for us when we did it that way. Sneaky! :-)
