    good Hard-ass Crossfit workout 01:00

    3 rounds: 26 double lunges, 50 squats with box jump, 50 double-unders. Those squats with the box jumps, holy crap. That was a new one.

    Short run to earn my delicious beers. Mmm beer. My hamstrings are killing me from Wednesday's crossfit so this was not a fun run even though it was slower.

    Deck of cards: Shoulder press (20lbs), Bicep curl (20lbs), Sumo dead lift (60lbs), Overhead tricep dip (20-25lbs), with 1/4 mile runs for the jokers. Then went home and ran one mile walked 1.25.

    Went 6 rounds, probably had a couple more in me: 25 jumping jacks, 10 walk-outs, 10 push-ups, 10 box jumps, 10 sit-ups, 10 leg lifts, 10 squats, 10 double-unders.

      Muah! I was bummed it had to end but FF wasn't feeling so hot and I didn't want to go extra rounds while he sat and stared at me. haha

      I read that book in 24 hours a couple weeks ago. It's the best book I've read all year.

    Ran one, walked 1.5. Started another book so there will probably be many walking miles today. :-)

    I can't even remember how much stuff we did, but it included a lot of one minute planks, side planks, elbow planks, flutter kicks, sit-ups, toe touches and other ab exercises.
