Longer run day! So gorgeous outside. Garmin lied, so this is only approximate distance. Hard run, but not uncomfortable. had some good tunes to keep me going, and was able to zone out for a while, so it definitely didn't feel like 5 miles. Next week 6, maybe?
[also, chafing is really painful. i probably need new bras. TMI. not really sorry]
