Best run I've had to date! I maintained a sub 9:50 pace pretty much the whole way (maybe not uphill) and did not lose energy, get any leg fatigue, or get lazy with my form. I actually felt comfortable at this pace! I did in fact finish the whole 4 miles, but my Garmin died, so it didn't record beyond 3.8, and I'm too lazy to change it.
I love progress.
