  5. RUN
    5K 3.18 mi 00:27 08:27 pace

Time to crawl out of this 3 month hibernation. Sciatica is still in full effect and my right leg & foot is mostly numb but a little run around the block was a nice way to get things rolling.

  8. RUN
    Normandy Park 3.5 mi 00:29 08:23 pace

An easy paced run down to the beach. Nice to run in cooler weather and even a little rain! Being in Seattle, I somehow managed to find a Starbucks for a quad latte at the end of my run.
