Met, toured, she weighed me and check my fat % - ugh - and next Monday I officially start! I also get a free boot camp class....

What a great gift! You will love the personal training, I had a personal trainer when I was getting ready for the half marathon- I loved it!!! I'm with you also, I am a pleasant person when I exercise and run!

alright Couch to 5K Week 5 2.8 mi 00:32 11:25 pace
I prefer to go shorter intervals and do them faster, so the 2 8 minute stretches seemed annoying, and at the end I was ready to stop.

I started out with couch to 5k three and a half years ago. Those same build up principles continue to stay with my training now. good program. Way to go!

I've done it twice and it works wonders! I did it 3 years ago, then I fell injured and well, to make a loooooooooooooong story short, 3 years went by, I had my 3rd child, I gained lots of weight and just went back on C25K in late August... I couldn't run 30 seconds the 1st day and I just completed, only 3 months later, a 10K on 11/29! It's worked for me and a guy who makes the workout plans for elite athletes told me the progression is very good too and it's a good plan. Good luck!

Last night on the treadmill I wanted to stop or shorten my sprints, but pictured Jillian Michaels standing beside my the treadmill, yelling - worked well and I kept going!- also made me laugh
