    I really want to push myself to go farther, but I'm adamant about taking it extremely slow until my knees get used to this whole thing again. I don't want the same problems I had last year.

    First "long run" of my new training regime. My knees didn't bother me until I stopped actually. Good sign that I've managed to get through the entire week with no knee pain.
