      No worries! You ran today! You get bragging rights for the day. I've actually been running without my iPod for the past few months. Trying to listen to my body, focus on my form and focus on running. Seems to be helping.

      If I had the discipline I would totally do it. I have to shell out money for a trainer just to make myself lift weights. I'm a racer more than a runner. The training is an annoyance to me :( And I know it is necessary!
