      99.9% flat... :)

      Actually, Peoria is pretty good for hills because the Illinois river runs through it and there are bluffs on either side which provide for some long steep transitions.

      Looks like you had an epic tempo session. Quality sessions are key to being an elite runner. I think its time for me to get a heart rate monitor and or a gps thingy. Time to catch up on technology. or run naked? Your workout here is quite inspiring Ethan. Thanks for sharing the tid bits and the low down on it.
