    One of my boys wanted to swim his day off. Our main sets were 8x300 @ 4:00 Desc 1-4, hold fast on 5-8 (3:25), then 8x100 back desc 1-4.

      Sorry to hear it. I waited till this morning and ran the trails in Lincoln Memorial Gardens (easier on the bod!) and it was magical. The trails are soft in there... good way to ease back in...

    Ran the first 7 with the regular crew and the rest solo by the lake. Felt really good and kept a decent pace. 2 weeks til marathon :)

    Ran with Kari, Patty, and Garrett. Felt dizzy for the first 3 miles and had to slow down. Sometimes running in the dark gives me vertigo :(
