    well i tried to run today, but my knees won't work!!!! they hurt so bad.. so i came in and worked out with the iron gym and the wii fit.

      thanks! my knees seem to have gotten old on me now... think i need to rest from teh running for a bit.

      there's stuff to do inside and some gardening so i'm staying active. what have you been up to?
