It's been a while since I've done this. The indoor class began with half hour of rowing machine.. Full body workout sets with weights.
Next half hour .. Sprints on treadmill that ranged from 9.5 to 12.5. And 3 sets of 20 of different exercises.
Heart pumping... Sweating throughout! Throwup threshold. Gotta work on that core! ;)
