Have you thought about running a little before swim? Even though I dont get to do it every time, I like running a mile to warm my body up and get my lungs opened up before swimming. It does help me a lot. You are doing well with drills though ! GOOD JOB!!!!!!

That's a good idea, Masayo. I'll probably do that before a triathlon. At the Y, though, I'm always in too much of a hurry to take the time. Thanks!

It was already humid and very warm at 7am today. The thermostats in my truck read 81 on the way to work at 7:10. I am supposed to run during my lunch break today.... I am not really looking forward to it. I have to look for a shade to run under in downtown... You had a better idea getting the run in earlier this morning. Good job!
