    Great run this morning! Wore Yaktrax and stayed in the tire tracks. About 10F.

    Good track workout - I actually managed to hit my target time the last 7 repeats. The Dashers group showed up; they got a lesson in track etiquette - don’t walk in the inside lane!

    Maybe a 0.10" dusting last night on part of our route this cold morning, but enough to make you watch your footing. Started out with the Dashers group, then three miles at ~ marathon pace.
