    great Harlan Days 10k 10 km 00:47 07:29 pace

Went out with an aggressive pace and was able to maintain it the whole way. Ended up with a 3 minute PR! Didn't feel like dying afterward, so maybe there is some more speed to be found?

  13. The heat and humidity is finally gone (at least for a couple of days). Felt good to get a run in last night without wanting to die afterward. Is it fall yet?

  14. Pulled the trigger today: Running marathon #1 in November! And my wife has decided to do a sprint tri by herself rather than as a relay. 2010 is going to be the summer of training at our house!
