Surprised myself again. Did better than expected!
Didn't go heavy on the weights. Definitely regard it as an endurance w/o.
Did well, had to take a stretch break after only 4 minutes, cause my calfs were quite tight!. Other than that, simply followed Grace
Only did phase 1+2. Had to modify some: my TM doesn't increase speed in 0.1 mile increments, but in 0.5 kilometer increments.
NICE!!! 3 sets of 8 reps. First on a flat bench, than on an incline.
