      Great job. I have been fighting with myself all day about getting out. The wind is so strong might just have to let it win this time.

    First run in 6 months. Felt pretty good for 2 miles and then kinda hit the wall. I walked for 4 minutes and then ran again. Pretty good. Let's see how I feel tomorrow.
