Got an awesome PR tonight! Still testing this week and loving it :)

Warmup:
- 200 m run
- inch worms
- lunge complex

2 sets
- 10 barbell deadlifts (33#)
- 1 arm kettlebell swings 5/arm (15#)
- Raised arm 50 m kettlebell walk (15#)
- X-band walk 5/leg
- 10 calf stretches/leg

WOD:
4 rounds
- 3 Clean Grip Dead Lift (83#/93#/103#/113#)
- 200 meter sprint
- rest 3 minutes-

Great WOD tonight! Totally psyched about the 133# DL!! Prior PR was 113#. Glad I was able to get some running in tonight, but my shin splints really started acting up. Sprint speed ranged from 9 - 10 min pace. Overall felt good, but looking forward to my rest day tomorrow :)
