Warmup
- 5 minutes of jogging, skipping, butt kicks, skater squats, lunge complex, inch worms and jumps

WOD
- A. Hang Power clean – 5 sets for 1 rep max (worked up to 83# - only got 2)
- B.1 Close Grip Bench Press – 3 sets for 1 RM (68#)
- B.2 Snatch grip Romanian Dead Lift, 3 sets @ 5 reps, 32X1 (63#)
- C. Air Dyne sprints – 30 sec. @ max wattage, rest 2-2:30 (full recovery) x 4 sets

Big PR for all 3 moves!! Still have trouble with the hang cleans and my mind gets the best of me. I know I can clean more!

Oh and the air dyne is the WORST...that is all.
