good Crossfit: Back Squats & Air Dyne 01:00

Warmup:
2 rounds
- 20 sec. Air Dyne
- 2 lunge complex/leg
- 5 wall squats
- wall angels
+
2 rounds
- barbell back squats (45#)
- 10 face pulls

WOD:
9 sets of the following
- 5 back squats (65#/65#/75#/75#/75#/75#/75#/75#/80#)
- 25 sec. Air Dyne sprint
- rest 2 minutes

Took me until about the 4th set to get my form right for the back squats, but I was good after that. Definitely could've done more weight...next time!
