- A.1 Deadlifts, 4 x 10, 20X1, rest 30 sec. (83#/83#/83#/93#)
- A.2 Close Grip Bench Press, 4 x 15 (38#/45#/45#/45#)
- A.3 kb swinb, 4 x 15 rest 30 sec. (20#)
- A.4 Push-ups (girlie), 4 x 10, rest 30 sec.
- A.5 40 sec. row sprint for max wattage, rest 2 minutes (got to max 268 watt)
Whoa...this was tough, but I really liked this WOD!
