Warmup:
5 minutes of mobility
+
2 rounds of
wall squats x 5
wall angels x 5
x-band walk x 5/side
20 seconds jump rope

WOD:
A.1 Front rack front foot elevated single squat, 3 x 5/leg, 31X1, rest 15 sec. bt. legs, rest 1 minute (33#, 43#, 43#)
A.2 Single arm DB Row, 3 x 6/side, 21X3, rest 15 sec. bt. arms, rest 1 minute (12# - should've gone heavier)

8 minute ascending ladder
- squat clean thruster (35#)
- after each set 2 ring rows
(got to 7 reps for a total of 28)

That 8 minute ladder was no joke!!
