Warmup:
- 100m run
- 7 minutes mobility work
- 100m run
2 rounds
- x-band walk x 5/side
- 5 knee to 90 degrees
- 5 trap raises/side

WOD:
A. Dead Lifts - 2 reps every 30 seconds x 10 sets (83#)
+
20 minute amrap
- 15 calories on rower
- 12 push press (43#)
- 9 knee to 90 degrees

My shoulders are burning, but great work out. After I got home, I had to carry a 1/2 ton (yes, that's 1000 pounds!) of heating pellets down into the basement for workout #2 :)
