Warmup
- 100 m run
- Mobility exercises (squats, lunges, good mornings, etc...)
- High knees & butt kicks

WOD
- 10 minutes of practice thrusters building up weight (probably did 10 @ 53# but it was too heavy)

Whoa...this was HARD! My legs are strong, but I really need to work on my upper body. The shoulder press portion of the thrusters were really tough, but I pushed through. I can hardly lift my arms, but it's such a good hurt :)
