Warmup
- 100m run
- 100m run with high knees and butt kicks
- lunge complexes
- inch worms
- 2 rounds: 6 wall angels, 8 kb swings (15#) & kb walks across the box

WOD
5 minute amrap
- 100m run
- 12 dead lift (63#)
- 6 hand release push ups
-rest 3 minutes- x 2
(completed 3 full rounds both times)
+
5 minute amrap
- 100m run
- 12 dumb bell power snatch (12#)
- 20 second hold on parallel bars
-rest 3 minutes- x 2
(completed 2 full rounds, plus 100m run both times)

When I first read this, I thought it sounded easy...boy was I wrong! I went out way too strong in the beginning, not thinking about how I would have to sustain. Got through it, but it was tough. LOVE these kind of workouts though :)
