Warmup:
2 rounds
- 100m run
- lunge complex, 3/leg
- 5 wall angels
- cross ankles, 10/leg
- 10 kb swings (17#)

WOD
- Clean grip deadlifts, 6.4.2.6.4.2 (63#/73#/83#/83#/93#/113#) PR!
- 200m sprint between each DL
- 2:30 min rest

Felt AWESOME! This was my first time lifting anything over 100# and I probably could've done more! Got some running tips from one of the coaches on Tuesday to help with my shin splints and it really helped today...feeling good :)
