Last day of On Ramp and we joined the regular class. It was a strange WOD, but here's what we did...
A. Box Front Squats, 10 x 3 @ 55-70% of 1 RM, rest 45 sec. (58# max)
B.1 Split stance BB shoulder press, 3 x 8-10, 42X1, rest 60 seconds (33#)
B.2 T2B, 3 x max effort, rest 60 seconds (4)
B.3 FLR on rings, 3 x max effort, rest 60 seconds (45 sec plank position)
Finished kind of early so I went for a 400m run after the WOD.
