good On Ramp - Day 11 01:00

I can't believe I'm almost done with on ramp!! Today we just did a review of many of the olympic lifts...hang cleans, power cleans, snatches (yuk!), etc... Did a quick WOD that my coach called the "unsexy workout."
- 4 minute jump rope (I suck at this)
- 3 minute AbMat sit ups (I did 59)
- 2 minute burpees (I didn't count b/c I was so miserable)
- 1 minute air squats (I did 29)

Felt good and was shocked I could do so many sit ups in a row! Go me :)
