good On Ramp - Day 9 01:00

Started with a warm-up on the rower mixed in with various calisthenics. Reviewed the hang power clean, push press with a barbell and learned thrusters, but only with a PVC pipe.

WOD was:
10 min AMRAP
- dumbell thrusters
- knee to 90 degrees (because that's as far as I could go)
We started with 1 & 1, then 2 & 2, 3 & 3, etc... until we found the max reps we could do at a time. This was my first time on the pull-up bar and I couldn't believe how painful it was on my hands! So I was only able to do 3 knee to 90 deg at a time. I supplemented with more thrusters and ended doing 6 & 3.

The calluses are starting to form and hopefully movements on the pull-up bar will be better in the future...
