good On Ramp - Day 3 01:00

Today we learned dead lifts. Spend about 30 minutes going over proper form. Workout was:
8 minutes AMRAP
- 5 dead lifts (63#)
- 5 burpees
I did 5 1/2 rounds. The instructor said my form was really good and he didn't have to correct me once! Man do I hate burpees!
