Pretty good first day. Learned proper form for a few basic moves and then moved into the workout.

- Air Squats
- Push-up (I did girlie ones)
- Abmat Sit-Ups

Finished this in 10:45. So after 4 weeks, we do this circuit again to see how we've improved. Can't wait to get stronger!
