good CrossFit Intro 00:45

Intro class to CrossFit and I LOVED it! After a warmup with the group, the newbies (5 of us) were taken to the back of the class to do our own paired down set of exercises. Here's what we did:
- 10 kettlebell squats
- 10 ring rows
- 10 sit-ups
x2
150 meter run
We had to repeat this as many times as we could for 15 minutes. I got 3 sets in (minus the run on the last set).
