#FitFluential Ran 2.5 miles in 30 minutes doing 3/1 minute run/walk intervals...that's a 12 min/mile pace, which I am SUPER excited about. Run includes a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down walk. It was an absolutely gorgeous morning and I wish I had more time to keep going!
Slight pain in the lower left calf...lots of ice and Voltaren today :)
