About 1/2 mile into the run I felt a tweak in my right ankle. I must have landed wrong. I ran for about another minute hoping it was a fluke and then I felt it again. So instead of pushing through like I normally would causing a major injury, I slowed down to a walk and cut my run short :(
I iced it right away and went out to get a brace. It still hurts a bit when I walk.
Not happy...
