HOT! I'm going to have to get up earlier this summer if I'm going to get long runs in. I only had 3 miles on my training schedule today which was manageable, but I shouldn't have waited until 10:45am to go out. Finished the 3 miles in 38:30, which I was happy with given the heat. Stuck with the 2:30/1 run/walk intervals which are working well. I also need to find a more shaded route. When you run along the water, there is NO shade, which made it that much hotter.
