great Guilford Track 10.8 mi 01:20 07:26 pace

Went to the track and did 3 X 2 mile repeats with a 800 meter recovery interval between each one. The first 2 mile I did @ a 5:51 mile pace, second one @ 6:01 mile pace and third one @ 6:16 mile pace and then I did a 200 meter recovery interval and after that I did a mile @ 6:08 mile pace and then a slow jog back home. Oh and the park district people complained to me cause I was using track but I ignored them and kept going!!
